Managing Director, Cushman & Wakefield
Sean Brady joined C&W in 1980 and over the past 30 years he has consistently finished in the top ranks in New Jersey and on a national basis. Mr. Brady has won several quality service awards. Mr. Brady is one of the founding members of Cushman & Wakefield’s Data Center Advisory Group (DCA Group), and has been working in this space since 1995. He completed the first colocation facility on the east coast in 1996 with Exodus Communications. The Practice focuses on the technology intensive, 24/7 facilities that businesses rely on to support and protect their people, equipment, services, and data. The professionals of the DCA Group are among the industry’s most experienced within this highly specialized sector and asset class. Their command of the mechanical systems, complex power and HVAC requirements, regulatory issues, and sensitive security considerations of these facilities set them apart from traditional brokerage professionals. The Practice includes brokerage, consulting, and client solution professionals from the U.S. and Canada and works collaboratively with a peer practice in Europe. By spearheading the development of asset-specific databases, industry white papers, and strategic partnerships, the Practice continues to expand its thought-leadership to ensure clients receive real estate strategies and services informed with the latest developments of the industry.
