Director - Marketing Strategy and Sales Enablement, ZenFi Networks
As the Director of Marketing Strategy and Sales Enablement for ZenFi Networks, Melissa Stanislaw is responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy for the company and works closely with the sales organization and executive leadership team on opportunities to increase revenue. Ms. Stanislaw joined Cross River Fiber in 2017 as their Director of Sales and Marketing where she managed the day-to-day operations of a growing sales team, as well as all marketing efforts. She was with Cross River Fiber until their merger with ZenFi Networks in September of 2018. Prior to these roles, Stanislaw spent over 17 years with Cablevision Systems Corporation, Lightpath and finally Altice USA. Her experience spans across various telecommunications platforms ranging from traditional managed services – voice, data, transport, managed WiFi – to IaaS, dark fiber, data center and colocation, cloud, subsea, and wireless technologies. Her technical and marketing strategy expertise has grown alongside with the evolving ecosystems of today’s digital and telecommunications innovators.
Ms. Stanislaw graduated Magna Cum Laude from Montclair State University with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature. She also holds numerous professional certifications in her field from the Buyer Persona Institute, Pragmatic Institute and the Johnson School of Business at Cornell University. Ms. Stanislaw is a member of the Pacific Telecommunications Council’s (PTC) Advisory and Marketing Committees, as well as an Innovation Awards judge and Call for Participation reviewer for their annual conference. She is also a member of the CBRS Alliance Marketing Committee, the Wireless Industry Association’s Women’s Leadership Forum, Women in Subsea and the Women’s Tech Council. Ms. Stanislaw also serves on the Board of Directors in her community and is passionate about technology, as well as issues surrounding diversity and personal empowerment.
