Mark S Hohlen
Mark stepped into the Data Center space as a consultant for a design/manufacturing consortium, which led to his managing the relationship and supply chain needs for their top client, the world’s largest cloud provider. Recognizing a need in the industry, in 2019 he introduced the launch of the Superstruct DCIF, a self-supported multi-level Data Center Infrastructural Frame, with the mission to change the paradigm of DC design by providing a modular solution to reduce time to market and minimize natural resource impact while maximizing the capacity of a data hall footprint by up to 3x. Mark spent the past 29 years serving the construction industry in varied roles, starting as a laborer and tradesman in high school and college. Following his graduation from the University of Nebraska with an emphasis in Marketing and Finance, he moved to Colorado and started his own residential construction company. He seized the opportunity to learn the development sector as the head of marketing for a regional developer then went on to manage the composite decking division of GAF’s Western U.S. business needs. He was invited to become the SVP of a Denver based commercial renovation company where he led a team that increased revenues by 1000%+ in only 18 months. On the heels of that success he was lured away to the excitement of the Data Center industry where his passion resides today.
