Founder & President, Hoboken Brownstone Company
The Hoboken Brownstone Company philosophy is simple; to develop with respect and pride for the neighborhood keeping alive historical validity, the community needs, and the original architectural feeling. Our design philosophy can be seen in our signature Brownstone style; preserving the heritage of brownstone communities while offering the finest in new amenities and modern style. Our newer condominium residences have branched out in different artistic directions incorporating state of the art green initiatives, but always staying true to the neighborhood that surrounds it; blending in to enhance the community in every way. In addition to being a founder of the Hoboken Brownstone Company, George Vallone is also the President of Our House Inc., a non-profit organization that builds and operates housing for the developmentally disabled. Our House Inc. also provides job training for disabled individuals who still live with their families. George is also an active member of the Rutgers Graduate School of Business where he serves on the Financial Advisory Committee. Here, he works to coordinate opportunities for graduate business students to participate in company sponsored internships and mentorship positions. As a member of the Information Management Network speaker’s bureau, George has spoken all over the country on real estate development and financial topics, entrepreneurship, and Brownfield redevelopment topics. George Vallone frequently participates in furniture and clothing drives for St. Lucy’s Shelter in Jersey City for their AIDS hospice project, and has personally delivered 80,000 pounds of relief supplies donated by the people of Hoboken to the victims of the Hurricane Katrina flood.
