Frank Pinto worked in restaurants, bars and banquet halls throughout his high school and college years. Frank spent time with Dan Palsi during his Culinary Institute of America Externship in Munich, Germany and also fell in love the with country, its culture and people. Frank earned an MBA after graduating college and has held a number of executive management positions at well-recognized corporations throughout his career. Frank is also an entrepreneur and has owned several companies over the years as well. Throughout his corporate career, Frank has worked with a number of event planners in order to plan large conferences for his sales organizations along with client events as well. Therefore, Frank truly understands the pressures that are associated with planning corporate events and knows what metrics need to be in place to make them a success.
