Dan Bryson has had over 40 years experience in commercial banking and commercial real estate finance and investment sales. Prior to joining JLL, Dan was Vice President-Originations for The Bank of the Ozarks Real Estate Specialties Group. His duties included sourcing and underwriting commercial real estate loans as well as maintaining relationships with commercial brokerage clients across the country. He spent 13 years as senior director/ managing director of the Dallas office of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, LP. During that time he and his HFF team successfully completed in excess of $1.3 billion in commercial real estate transactions. These transactions included structured finance, such as joint ventures, equity placement and high leveraged transactions, as well as traditional debt and investment sales. His general commercial banking experience spans from 1970 to 1990. Mr. Bryson’s duties ranged from teller to executive vice president, with most of his focus on commercial lending and related responsibilities. Dan graduated from Texas Tech University, receiving his BBA in Finance/Banking. He currently holds a Texas Real Estate License.
