Johan Börje is head of marketing and sales for Stockholm Data Parks. Stockholm Data Parks is an initiative by the City of Stockholm where the vision is a data center industry where no heat is wasted and where Sweden´s capital become an attractive hub for large data centers which employ heat recovery. It is done by bringing together, preparing and offering all the necessary infrastructure elements at attractive greenfield sites and sites for conversion suited for data center activity. Johan has a broad experience from management positions in companies focusing on innovation and sustainability. Formerly market director of Sweden’s largest recycling company, Johan pioneered the concept of circular economy for waste management. As CEO of a semiconductor start-up company he was instrumental in introducing next generation high performance programmable processors to networking equipment OEMs. Prior to that he held several positions in Ericsson in charge of sales and product management of telecom and datacom products. Johan holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management.
Sean Brady, Managing Director, Cushman & Wakefield
Sean Brady joined C&W in 1980 and over the past 30 years he has consistently finished in the top ranks in New Jersey and on a national basis. Mr. Brady has won several quality service awards. Mr. Brady is one of the founding members of Cushman & Wakefield’s Data Center Advisory Group (DCA Group), and has been working in this space since 1995. He completed the first colocation facility on the east coast in 1996 with Exodus Communications. The Practice focuses on the technology intensive, 24/7 facilities that businesses rely on to support and protect their people, equipment, services, and data. The professionals of the DCA Group are among the industry’s most experienced within this highly specialized sector and asset class. He has also created a real estate due diligence service for companies involved in merger and acquisitions and/or private equity firms. He currently heads a subcommittee for SwimAcross America’s Greenwich Swim, which raises money for cancer research. He is the Past President of the Industrial Office Real Estate Broker Association (IOREBA) for the tri-state area and has been involved with the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks for New Jersey (NAIOP).
Mike Coleman, Data Center Operations Executive - HWOps, Google
Mike’s responsibilities include technical design and construction management, facility value and performance engineering, Supply Chain management and commissioning and ongoing operations of Yahoo’s production data center infrastructure. We order, install and support the IT infrastructure across Yahoo, requiring approximately 100,000,000 continuous watts of critical power. The Data Center Engineering and Construction team falls within the Data Center Operations group and is responsible for Yahoo’s global data center strategy as well as the design, build, and fit-out of Yahoo’s state of the art Data Centers. It is this group’s goal to improve the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of Yahoo’s Data Centers by developing and adopting new and innovative solutions in the design and core infrastructure of our buildings.

Peter Feldman, CEO & Principal, DataGryd Data Centers LLC
Mr. Feldman has over 30 years of experience in data center development, management, and design, with a focus on implementing energy-efficient technology. He has held CTO, President, and founding roles at several successful startups including the TelX group, a national leader in data center collocation services. Mr. Feldman has additional expertise in optical and wireless network engineering for rural broadband, IT infrastructure management, and wireless network infrastructure. Prior to founding DataGryd, Mr. Feldman served as the technical and business development interface with United Technologies Power for their hydrogen and natural gas fuel cell technology and CCHP micro-turbines, and AMSC (formerly American Superconductor) for developing superconducting cable technology for data centers. He holds industry related patents, is an active member of several professional trade organizations, and has spoken at industry conferences including Interop New York, Green Data Center Conference & Exhibition, 7×24 Exchange, and IMN’s Financing, Investing & Real Estate Development for Data Centers.
Jack Funchion, Director - Northeast, Digital Realty Trust
Jack Funchion has over 30 years of experience in the data center industry as an operations director, technology manager, management consultant and sales executive. For the past 10 years at Digital Realty, Jack has worked with senior level technology and real estate management at some of the world’s largest banking, insurance, communications, media, and technology services organizations. Jack has helped these companies identify solutions to data center capacity issues throughout North America, Europe and Asia.
Brian Klebash, President & Founder, CAPRE's International Data Center Series
Brian founded CAPRE, an integrated digital media and events company, in May 2010. The company commenced operations in 2011 and is based in Hoboken, NJ. The company’s International Data Center Series is the largest regional conference series in the U.S. for mission critical executives. The series expanded to Canada and Europe in 2016. While leading CAPRE, Brian has received special recognition from the City of Jersey City for The New Jersey Gold Coast Summit. In addition, he was nominated for a data center leadership award by The American Advanced Technology & Cybersecurity University for The Southwest Data Center Summit. Prior to this role, he worked for a myriad of media-related companies. He has been affiliated with reputable media organizations since age 15 including radio, TV, newspapers, internet sources and events. He graduated from Emerson College in 2000 with a degree in journalism. At Emerson, he earned four Associated Press awards while serving as one of the managers of his college’s nationally-recognized radio station. He also hosted blues, folk and international music-oriented programs as a student DJ.

During his tenure at JDSU, he built the company’s Broadband Network Development Center and led the company’s expansion in several major cities across China through organic growth as well as acquisitions. Wenli has over 25 years of experiences in marketing, business development, R&D and manufacturing partnerships in North America, Asia and Europe for carrier and enterprise marketplaces. Before joining JDSU, Wenli founded and co-founded multiple technology companies backed by Silicon Valley and Mid-Atlantic based venture capitals and acquired by publicly traded companies (Lucent, PMC-Sierra, Vina).
